INITIAL SESSION:
During this session some time is devoted to discussing your history. You will have filled out a Background Information Sheet which aids this process.
Next, you are taught an energy tool which helps you to clarify your desired outcome. And then begins the clearing of the negative beliefs, aftermath of traumas, and any other type of energy block that is keeping you from your goal.
DURATION OF TREATMENT:
This depends, of course, on how deep the problem is, on how many blockages need to be cleared, and on the work you do in between sessions. Some problems, such as a simple allergy or a phobia stemming from a onetime event, can usually be cleared up in a couple of sessions. Most clients do 5-6 sessions to reach a goal and then may return later with something else they are working on. For a serious illness or deep-seated problem it will take longer. However, you will be taught how to use energy tools to do work on yourself, speeding up the healing process. These are tools you can use throughout your life to reduce stress and gain clarity.

Payment is due at the time of the appointment and can be paid by two methods:

INSURANCE INFORMATION
Insurance does not cover Mind-Body Energy therapies at this time. However Flexible Spending (if you have this program with your employer) will most often reimburse you if your doctor prescribes my services for a specific problem, e.g. weight loss, headaches, depression, allergy treatment, back pain, etc.
